What is your shipping Policy?
All Original Artwork and Accessories ship for free within the Continental United States. For all Print Orders, you will see shipping charges at checkout.
Original Artwork ships via Fed Ex within 10 business days and is fully insured. You will receive a tracking number when it ships. Accessories ship via USPS and ship within 5 business days when they are in stock. Turnaround time for Print Orders depends on the print medium ordered. For Paper Prints about 2-4 business days, for Canvas about 5-7 business days, for Metal about 7-10 business days and Framed Prints about 11-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you wish to return an Original Art piece, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and ship the piece back within 3 days of my reply. Please use the original packing and insure the piece for the full value. For Art Prints, please contact me if there is a defect in the printing and I will make arrangements with the printer to replace it.
How do I use Wall Preview?
If you click on any photo you will notice a gray bar to the right of the image marked "Wall Preview". Click on that and you'll be able to see how different print sizes look in various rooms including a living room, bedroom, conference room, sitting area, reception/lobby, or can even change the wall color to match the paint color on your wall, so you can see if the piece will match your room. (For an original piece you can see how it will look in the different settings, but won't be able to change the size.)
What is the Augmented Reality (AR)?
The live preview with augmented reality allows you to use the camera on your phone or tablet and superimpose any piece of my art onto a wall in your home or business. To use this feature, just look for the "Live Preview AR" bar on the right side of each page on my site. No app is needed.
